Game Summary: TP Elite look like they'd just gotten off the bus and walked into the gym after travelling 8 hours to play a basketball game.  A very poor effort from the boys against a very strong team from Washington DC (DC Triple Threat).  The game was never really close as the TP Elite squad tried to work in 2 new guards in Jimmy Whitehead (LaCrosse Acquinas) and Deveraux Ingram (Milwaukee Custer).  The 2 new guards quickly asserted themselves as the two combined for 20 of the 37 points.
Game #2
TP Elite 63
Franchise Ballers 54 F
Record (1 - 1)
Leading Scorers:   Jimmy Whitehead 19 pts, Silas Mills 11 pts

Game Summary: Defense was the factor in this 2nd game. The team played great defense and got key defensive stops during crunch time of the game. The 16U squad dug in defensively and played great on offense in this 2nd pool play game. WG Jimmy Whitehead (LaCrosse Aquinas) provided a big offensive game finishing in the lane on fastbreaks and cuts to the basket. Forwards Silas Mills (Milwaukee King) and Roy Marshall (Milwaukee Bay View) also finished strong in the paint. PG's Devereaux Ingram (Milwaukee Custer) and Courtlen Johnson (Milwaukee King) distributed the ball well. WGs Josh Gee (Milwaukee Riverside), Marquis Jordan (Brookfield Academy) and forward Larentaz Daniels (Milwaukee Custer) shot well behind the arc. F Devonte Fowler (Milwaukee King) was a beast on the boards with 11 rebounds. The team led by as much as 15pts.

Game #5
TP Elite 58
Team Canada 55  F
Record (3 - 2)
Leading Scorers:   Deveraux Ingram 12 pts Jimmy Whitehead 11 pts

Game Summary: In this early morning Elite 8 game of the Silver Division playoffs it was clear that the TP Elite was banged up physically from the previous day's 3 basketball games.  Clearly this was a game the team should have easily won.  PG Devereaux Ingram (Milwaukee Custer) continued to get into the lane. Guards Courtlen Johnson (Milwaukee King) and Josh Gee (Milwaukee Riverside)  played tough defense. F Larentaz Daniels (Milwaukee Custer) continued to show his range from behind the arc. F Silas Mills (Milwaukee King) played well in the paint. WG Jimmy Whitehead scored easy buckets on fastbreaks and slashes in the lane.
